Seller reviewAleicia lives in the complex. What better person to deal with the property than someone that lives there. It made things so much easier. She was on top of everything even when some problems popped up. Selling a property is always stressful but Aleicia made it all happen stress free! We discussed what we thought was a fair price and she did the rest. Had two offers in a few days.

She went out of her way to help us negotiate with a difficult seller, find insurance for the house when no one seemed to want to cover it, get inspections secured on a very tight deadline,etc. She received calls from us at all times of the day and night and was always professional, gracious, and kind. Aleicia worked tirelessly to help us get our house and went up to bat for us when the seller's realtor was not forthcoming with answers to simple questions like the age of the roof. It is clear that Aleicia has character and integrity and we will ALWAYS recommend her to anyone in the area looking to buy a house. We can't say enough good things about her!

Seller reviewFrom our first meeting, Aleicia Fragomeni gave me the feeling that she would protect my interestets. I was very concerned that not being in Florida would cause me problems. However, Ms. Frag. took the lead and went above and beyond what she promised. She even went out of her way to help me dispose of my brother's old car. This had caused me onsiderable concern as I was hundreds of miles away and could not handle it myself. My asking price was well above her original estimate, but she managed to obtain a number of offers (17 in all in only two days and several above asking) and I accepted one that was above even my estimate.
