Buyer reviewJim consistently goes above and beyond, on both the buying and selling side. We have used Jim to purchase twice and sell once, and would not consider using someone else. Jim is knowledgeable about all aspects of buying a home, and sees potentials issues that the inexperienced eye might miss. He truly cares and works hard to set his clients up for success. He does not push or pressure, he just provides support and information to make an educated decision. When we were selling, Jim did an great job providing market insights and research, even though we were in an area he does not typically spend a lot of time working within. He made all the right suggestions and we had an excellent selling experience. I don't think people get that lucky twice, although working with Jim is all the luck someone would need. Once we were ready to buy, Jim asked all the right questions and observed what we were interested in so he could recommend houses that would likely be a fit. Jim is not just looking to close a deal, he is looking to help.

Seller reviewJim is extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. His knowledge includes both understanding of all aspects of the real estate business and processes and awareness of the local scene and players. He often goes beyond the basics to take whatever steps he thinks are needed to move things forward. In our case, he helped guide us through the extensive improvements we needed to make to make the house attractive to buyers---but he always deferred to us to make final decisions. I recommend him highly!
