Seller reviewAfter having another realtor (different company) for several months with only a handful of showings and no offers, we decided to switch realtors and chose Cheryl Bare because we have lived in the area a long time and had frequently seen her name on signs and advertisements. She took her time explaining how everything would work, gave us suggestions for "staging" the house and quickly had pictures of our home on the internet. She was very professional and got the job done quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend her!
