Stormy visited the property, made recommendations as to what should be done before selling, and had local contacts to take care of the repairs. She listed the property, showed it, and within 24 hours we had an offer. She was very proactive in taking care of this property. She is an excellent communicator and kept me informed of all the next steps. She is very kind and professional and I always enjoyed talking with her. The sale was incredibly smooth. I had a small issue arise with the title company, and when I told her about it she immediately called them and made sure the issue was resolved. I couldn't recommend anyone more highly than her.
