Seller reviewAs a first-time home seller-and someone in the process of moving out of state and starting a new career, Steve made the process of selling my house easier than I could have ever imagined. He worked with me around my schedule, was responsive to my questions, guided me through the paperwork involved, and walked the house down with me to ensure it would be photo/listing ready. Backed by a great team at J Bolos, I knew I could trust Steve to get my house sold-but in all honesty, I could have never imagined that my house would have a signed contract on it less than 24 hours after going on the market! The closing process itself had some complications on the Buyer's end; however, Steve did a remarkable job keeping me informed and pushing the other end to completion. I could not have asked for a better experience selling my house, and I have Steve to thank for that!
