After our conversation with Natalie, we decided to put it back on the market with her as our representative and immediately got positive inquiries once the home went back on the market. In about two weeks we had a ratified contract and within another two weeks we were closing. Natalie worked very hard for us and addressed all our needs. She did in two weeks what my previous representative couldn't do in the 86 days that our property was initially on the market. I would recommend and will recommend Natalie to all of my friends and colleagues in the future.
