We only bid on 2 houses and each time LJ was spot on with the outcome. LJ was not pushing us to look at houses and let us determine how much we wanted him involved. During the purchase process LJ answered any and all questions. Additionally, LJ was very patient as this was our first home purchase.

LJ was amazing to work with! I honestly couldn't have asked for a better person to work with on the sale of my home. With moving out of state I was worried about the sale of my home and it not being a seamless process. LJ absolutely exceeded all of my expectations. LJ Bunker came to the house and told me what the plan would be and was able to wait for the house to be empty so he could show it. He kept in touch with me all the time until it was ready. LJ had a plan about pictures and pricing the house. He followed thru with the plan and got more customers then we expected to come and see the property in such a short time. Once the house was ready to show, LJ went right to work getting the sign up, taking pictures and started showing the property the next day after posting was listed. Within 5 days we had a bid on the property. He did a great job. Any paperwork I got and had questions about the staff or LJ helped me figure it out. LJ is very professional about everything he did. He understood my situation, made me feel good about the situation I was in, he kept me informed about every step we had to make to get to the sale and closing date. He is very polite, respectful, friendly, helpful and professional. Definitely would have LJ help me buy or sell a house again.
