Parsippany, N.J. (Nov 24, 2008) — Century 21 Real Estate LLC, the franchisor of the world’s largest residential real estate sales
organization, announced today that eight new independently owned and operated brokerage companies joined its franchise
network in the United States during the third quarter. Additionally, 16 affiliated companies grew their residential
operations through mergers and acquisitions or by opening new branch offices.
1st USA Realty Professionals, one of the largest independent real estate companies in the Phoenix, Ariz., area,
is one of the eight companies that joined the CENTURY 21® System. The firm, owned by Bryan White, now conducts
business under the name CENTURY 21 Premier. With 1,100 sales associates, the company provides full-service real
estate assistance, specializing in residential, commercial and investment property sales.
“We are pleased to welcome Bryan White and his company into the CENTURY 21 System,” said Tom Kunz, CENTURY 21
president and CEO. “Bryan and his brokers and agents have established a strong, successful business based on
excellent customer service in the Phoenix area.”
