#C21News: December 2016

We’re happy to announce that 2016 was a wonderful year for the CENTURY 21® brand and we’re particularly proud of December’s achievements. December was an exciting month that leaves us incredibly optimistic for 2017. Take a look at the infographic and text below for a detailed list of what we’ve accomplished.

We’re proud to welcome two new franchises to the CENTURY 21 System. CENTURY 21 Gavish Real Estate in Las Vegas, NV will serve the needs of the Las Vegas metropolitan area. And, in international news, CENTURY 21 Malta has opened it’s third franchise, CENTURY 21 Platinum in St. Julian’s.

Franchise growth has exceeded our expectations with four key expansions. CENTURY 21 Affiliated has announced a merger of Tampa-based CENTURY 21 Shaw Realty Group to now serve Florida, Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana and Michigan. The franchise now represents 30 languages. CENTURY 21 New Millennium has expanded its presence in the Washington, D.C. Metro Area. CENTURY 21 Peak in Upland, CA, acquired Weichert Realtors 24/7 in San Bernardino and now represents a more than 20% increase in a continually growing network of real estate professionals. CENTURY 21 Triangle Group in Raleigh-Durham, NC has expanded their market presence and gained 19 sales associates.

CENTURY 21Coast to Coast in Tierra Verde, FL was named business of the year by the Tierra Verde Business Partnership. Randall Lerna’s exceptional leadership has kept CENTURY 21 Coast to Coast running strong since 1980. Not to mention, the agency has been instrumental in influencing their community by sponsoring and volunteering for many of Tierra Verde’s Business Partnerships whenever needed.

Bill Blackall of CENTURY 21 Prudential Estates in Richmond, B.C. has been recognized with the Charlwood Lifetime Achievement Award for his 40 years of service to CENTURY 21. Gary Charlwood, the founder of CENTURY 21 Canada, presented the award during the organization’s 40th anniversary conference in Vancouver. “I often get asked why I have stayed with CENTURY 21 for as long as I have and the answer is really quite simple: “world-class support,” Blackall said. Bill Blackall has been leading CENTURY 21 Prudential Estates since he opened its doors in 1976.

Stay tuned for more exciting news in 2017!
