Karla was always very acccessible day or night and always willingly to entertain our thoughts and direction. If we had questions she didn't know the answer too she always did her best to find out. We really enjoyed working with Karla and if we were to find ourselves in need of a realtor again, we would definitely consult with Karla again.

Seller reviewI have known Trisha Rose and Rosemary Dutter for many years and their sales records speak for themselves. They are on top of their game! If you're looking for a team to sell a property for you or a team to find a property for you, they are your team. We had a lot that we just wanted to put on the market and see if it sparked any interest. Trisha was honest and said it's going to take the right buyer and could be on the market for a bit. Well, Rosemary & Trisha got a call with someone wanting to look at it, 2 days after putting it on the market. An offer was written and accepted within a week. We closed within a month. We couldn't be happier! I trust and value Trisha's and Rosemary's opinions and input and couldn't imagine working with any other agents.
