We would definitely use Angie again, she knows her market and kept us appraised of all dates, timelines and changes. She is completely professional but very approachable. Every text was answered in a very timely manner. Our first deal fell through and she knew the market could bear a $5k increase in price because of the demand for our unit and she was right, we got a full price offer the same day it was listed again. Professional photography and a few finishing touches made for a great listing. We couldn't be happier with her. We left everything in her hands and she over-delivered! It was seamless from list to close.

Buyer reviewThe agent that I worked with was Karen Weiner and all of my ratings will relate to the service I received from Karen. As a sales manager that manages a team for an international company, I was very impressed by the professionalism and follow-up by Karen. I feel that she went above and beyond the cause in assisting us, as we were purchasers from New York. We scheduled a weekend to be in Myrtle Beach to search for a property that was perfect for us, and when we were unable to locate a property on Saturday, she was more than happy work with us on Sunday to identify the perfect condo. She was terrific!
