Pauline must have been the agent on duty that day and our call was routed to her. It didn't matter that she wasn't familiar with listing, from the start of the call she pushed to gather the information we needed and immediately scheduled a showing for us. I am Realtor, and I could have used anyone including myself to execute the deal. It was her willingness to help and her responsiveness from the start that caused me to stick with her.
