Buyer reviewWe were blessed to have made contact with Kristin Lasagna and work with her in our home purchase. We did not have a good experience with another agency in the area and after a mutual and written agreement to part ways we begin searching for an agent that would work with us. Kristin exceeded our expectations!! Without Kristin we would not have been able to purchase the home we did. Her willingness to go above and beyond, getting into the home between scheduled appointments and facetiming my wife and I was the hinge that allowed us to put the offer in that night. Kristin worked into the night hours to be able to submit our offer. After getting our offer accepted we were able to get closing in 8 days! I did not think it was possible, but it shows the level of professionalism that Kristin has and dedication to providing the best experience for her clients. We highly recommend anyone looking for a real estate agent to give Kristin Lasagna a call!!

Kristin listened to what we were looking for, our budget etc. She was always accessible! She conducted awesome video tours, important when you can't see the details for yourself. Kristin always got back to us when we had multiple questions, kept us well informed on upcoming listings and homes we might have missed. If she didn't immediately know the answer, she found it and got back to us right away. Kristin is so pleasant and professional! She was, as I said, a joy to work with!! We have zero hesitation in recommending her to family and friends or in using her for another home search.
