Especially when I needed assurance of the process as this was my first home. He helped calm all worries and understand every step in the process. Listened to what I wanted in the home and gave me options within my ranges and areas. Helped in pointing out all the goods and bads of each home to assure I knew what to look out for.

I never thought I was going to own my own house, when I contacted Mr. Batista I was actually looking for an apartment but because of prices being so high on rent he suggested if I would like to get into a house instead purchasing instead of renting wich basically now in days you would spend the same amount of $$. I went with his advice I learned so much during the process, this man knows his job, I provided everything he needed from me and he was with me every step of the way. Mr. Batista has a strong team and they where all proffecional, friendly and are very great at their job. Mr. Batista made me a believer made sure I didn't stress the process and on top of that delivered. Now my wife and I are first time home owner, I am so happy and satisfied, thank you Jonathan Batista and his team for making this family believe in owning our beautiful house wich now I call HOME, you kept your word and delivered. My family is very happy!
