Hi, my name is Dan Miller. I am a lifelong resident of Somerset, KY. I have been married to my wife Brenda for 40 years. We have a daughter, Jessica,and son in-law, Nick. Our 4 grandkids include Maison,Collin,Chloe and Owen. My oldest grandson, Maison, is a freshman at Georgetown college and plays football for the Tigers. Collin is a senior at Southwestern and plays football for the Warriors. Chloe is a freshman at Southwestern and is involved in cheer at SCA. Owen is in 2nd grade at Oak Hill Elementary.

I spoke with several real estate agents before speaking with Dan Miller and several of them were nice but Dan just went above and beyond even when we didn't ask and was always there for us day or night but what meant the most to me is that he is a strong Christian man that loves the Lord and it showed in his work... I would consider him a friend now

For other properties outside of where I purchased, he freely shared any limitations - which were few and he always knew where the information could be located. He was always willing to travel and speak with listing agents for my many questions. I will definitely use Dan again for future Kentucky purchases.
