Seller reviewDallin was very helpful in telling us what we needed to do to make our house show better. He also looked at properties in the area to give us a gauge as to what our house was worth. Dallin took the time to show us many listings. He didn't pressure us in any way. He offered his suggestions and let us make the decisions we wanted.

Seller reviewDallin was fantastic to work with. He is realistic and knows the business. He was very prompt with us... even on nights and weekends! When we move back from Colorado to Utah, we're definitely going with Dallin to purchase our Utah House! The broker/buyer/funding on the other side was a WRECK! - but Dallin handled it very well, and took care of all the hard stuff, and kept it easy for us. We specifically chose Dallin - we liked him when he was at a smaller agency, and wanted to keep him as our realtor - even though we have several family/relatives that are realtors as well.... you just can't get it the same from anyone else... I'd trust Dallin with anything.
