I am, Caroline Reed, a Professional Realtor (Realtor- held by the rules, and code of ethics of real estate). I take my work as a Realtor very seriously. I have knowledge and reciprocity in most counties in Maryland to work with Buyers and Sellers that are relocating within Maryland. It makes for one stop shopping with one Realtor helping you.
I started in the home industry through Mortgage Lending in 1998. I enjoyed meeting people and helping them improve their credit so they could buy a home. After 4 years in the Mortgage Industry I obtained my real estate license so I could work with people more directly in the homeownership process. This has helped me to guide my clients in the right direction with their finances as a Realtor.
In 2001 I began working with a custom home builder. New Home Construction Sales became my passion. I built my home sales knowledge in the Prince George's County area where I grew up and attended Bowie State University where I Majored in Communications. I became a New Home Sales Manager for my first community in Charles County, Maryland where I later resided and raised my children. I became their top producing Sales Manager in the first year. I pride myself on my contract negotiation skills . My knowledge in new home construction taught me the development of subdivisions, construction stages of a house and land topography.
I enjoy strategizing and working to get the best deal for my Buyers and Sellers.
I hold my license at Century 21 Harbor Realty on the Eastern Shore of Maryland. My real estate knowledge expands into property management. Real Estate is my career and my passion. I also service Southern Maryland ( Charles County, Prince George's and Calvert Counties )

Even though we didn't know Caroline at all in the beginning, we soon realized we had really struck gold in getting her as our realtor! Not only is she very knowledgeable about the Salisbury market, but her tenacity and determination to see every detail to completion and to tackle every obstacle the Sellers could throw in our path (and there were many) truly meant the difference between success and failure in finalizing this deal. Caroline is a gem and we truly appreciated having her on our side.

Buyer reviewThis woman is the pinnacle of what a realtor should be. She would answer texts being the 9-5 work day! Caroline Reed and I instantly clicked during our first phone call. I'd previously been working with another realtor and I was dissatisfied with the experience, I thought about giving up on buying a house. However, Caroline was able to find the perfect property for me on the first try and she really went beyond the basic duties as a realtor. She was understanding that I was new to rural living and gave me lots of tips that helped the transition for me. I think the only stressful thing was meeting tight deadlines because she was handling all of the other stress with the seller for me. I'm so appreciative to her and if anyone in Maryland is looking for a house, I would recommend her without hesitation. She's a hardworker and very honest; rare qualities nowadays. Words aren't enough to express how thankful I am to her! The lender and title company that she recommended to me were all superb and had the same astronomically high level of service as her. Caroline got me such a good deal which is really saying something based on the housing market currently. She also got the seller to fix the stairs! She was not afraid to ask for things and broke down details in an easy to explain way.
