Buyer reviewBuying a house is a stressful experience especially in the competitive market we have now. Brian Hill is opportunistic and persistent. The last thing you want from a realtor in this present day market is one that hesitates and procrastinates. Regardless of the road bumps we faced, Brian Hill always pushed forward. No matter what time of day it was, from 4am to midnight, once Brian hill caught any news regarding our purchase, he contacted us immediately. Forgive him if at times he may sound harsh, but in all actuality, you need a Realtor thats blunt and straight to the point when the housing market is rough as it is right now. You cant afford to have a Realtor that candy coats the situations. If you do chose Brian, I advise you go with his preferred Lender. He choses who he can trust and who works around the clock. His lenders keep an open line of communication all throughout the day whereas most lenders work on a 9-5 type schedule and usually do not answer once the shift is over. Brian is fast paced, you will need a lender who will take his call 24/7

Brian asked what I was looking for, and through the course of the first couple house I looked at, listened to everything that I was saying, even if I wasn't talking directly to him. He then took that information and was able to suggest more accurate houses for me. He was always honest about any information that he gave or that I asked for. Brian was very accommodating around my work schedule and made the experience very pleasant. I would and definitely recommend Brian to other. When it comes time, I will contact him again.
