Seller reviewMy last home sale was FISBO and went well. However, this was a more complex situation, timing my sale so I could buy another house which Alfredo was representing. I placed a great deal of trust in Alfredo. As a dual agent in both sales he had very complicated responsibilities. He fulfilled them fully and ethically. Thank you, Alfredo!

Buyer reviewAlfredo was friendly, competent, responsive, and knowledgeable. He did a great job! We weren't surprised because he was outstanding helping our son and his wife buy their first house. We needed to sell our house in Santa Barbara to buy one in Hawthorne. Alfredo handled both transactions and they went much more smoothly than I thought possible.
