From the initiation of a home search all the way through the closing process, Ryne was detail-oriented, above-and-beyond helpful, and always available for whatever we needed (does this man sleep?!). In addition to his professionalism and expertise, we greatly valued his honesty and friendly demeanor - Ryne is one of the nicest people you'll ever meet. And because of him we now own our dream property! I will go out of my way to recommend Ryne Shadday to anyone even contemplating buying a home - he is hands down the go-to guy for the Bloomington area.
