He had excellent knowledge of the area, as well as additional details like carpet cleaners. He came for the inspection when we could not attend and his communication was amazing. He attended our inspection when we could not. His attention to detail regarding all aspects was amazing. He had clear knowledge of everything including the area, issues with the roof, carpet, solar, taxes. I would recommend him! His communication and kindness shows that this is not simply a job to him.
