Veronica was extremelly helpful to us since the very first time we contacted her when we started looking for houses. She was always available to us, regardless of us being located in Mexico and not being sure when we were going to move to Austin. She invested several hours showing houses to us remotely!, she drove to several houses and made reservations for us, we really appreciated that. She showed all houses that my wife asked her to visit, she was always happy to do it and immediately. She was terrific! Once we were in Austin, she took us to visit several beautiful houses, she even showed us additional options we did not consider. At the end we loved the house we acquired, because she showed it to us, regardless of not having more than 2 bathrooms, which was one of our requirements. Veronica went way over beyond what a usual broker would go, we felt extremelly comfortable expressing our conditions and opinions, she was respectful and took our opinions into account when looking for houses.
