Buyer reviewFirst of all, I am not often a very impressed with people in general, but Toshara made me feel relaxed and at ease from the start based on her professional comportment and local knowledge. I knew from the beginning I was very fortunate that she was on duty when I called, as I can be a bit of a grumpy guy and impatient with those with whom I conduct business if I sense they don't know their game. She listened intently to what I needed, and didn't interrupt my train of thought. She then proceeded to inquire as to what My ultimate plan was regarding my condo purchase and whether I had considered it as strictly a residence or as a rental investment in future. This line of questions impressed me as I am an investor in stocks and am always looking for new ideas for returns. It impressed me so much that I looked into and am currently purchasing another property through Toshara soon. In conclusion I want others to know that working with her was like having my own daughter at my side.
