As the seller, my Mom, had to move into assisted living precipitously in another part of the state before the home could be listed, Patricia took care of many crucial details regarding readying the property for listing. This included finding painters, stager, termite company, and meeting them for work, and even did some repairs and landscaping herself. She worked seamlessly with someone hired to help clean out our family home too. What a treasure to a family in need of extra help during a difficult time AND all during a pandemic! She will go the extra mile for her clients. We will be ever grateful for her outstanding work!! Our home sold for over asking price in less than two weeks!! Patricia is truly all one could hope for in a realtor and more: professional, responsive, efficient, creative, connected to other needed vendors to get properties ready for listing, compassionate, patient, knowledgeable....the BEST!
