Personal Profile

Michael Hart comes to us from Mt. Zion right here in Carroll County. His career began at the original Maple St. Mansion where he worked as a cook while attending West Georgia College. By the time Mike had completed his studies in Studio Art at WGC in 1979, he had also progressed to the position of Manager at the Mansion. Michael then went on to manage luxury resorts in Florida where he spent fifteen years in upper management.

In September 2013, Michael re-joined the professional arena in Carrollton as an Operational Manager for Rapido Enterprises, a group of six restaurants varying in culinary styles from Brazilian to Napolitano. Initially charged with creating and promoting a Catering Department sourced from the company's entire restaurant operations, he has also assumed the role of General Manager for Samba Loca, A Brazilian Steak House located in Carrollton's Historic Adamson Square District.

In addition to his work, Michael enjoys the pleasure of continually developing his family's home; creating walking trails, new gardens and any project to honor the land, community, and family. Michael's service on the Board of Director for the Carrollton Area Convention and Visitors Bureau speaks for his commitment to promoting our community's history, uniqueness and prosperity, while his role on an Advisory Board at the College, membership with Carroll County Master Gardener Association and Career Academy, Carroll County Schools shows his faith in the value of education from every perspective.

Michael's passion for real estate developed from his experience of acquisition, management and development of specialty properties. He will use his many years of expertise and commitment to high levels of service to make your real estate transaction a smooth process.
