Buyer reviewWhen I told Melisa Sutherland that I was looking to buy a condo she immediately put together listings and had a mortgage broker reach out wishing 24 hours. Whenever I needed a question answered or help with the process Melisa was either a phone call or email away. She was hands on with the seller's side of the table and when anything came by to sign via online signature she let us know very quickly and submitted everything in timely fashion. The process would have been quicker if it wasn't for the other side, with Mel's help, our side one on top of everything every step of the way. Never once was it about her getting a commission check, her main focus was getting my brother and I the best deal and home that fit our needs. Very professional and would highly recommend. This is my first time dipping my toes into the real estate market, whenever I buy again in the future, Melisa Sutherland will be my realtor.
