With over 30 years of experience, my knowledge and love for real estate has grown over the years. Raised in a proud military family, with my father, brother and husband all serving in the USMC, I'm no stranger to hard work and dedication. As I worked my way through the real estate ranks I gained first hand experience in appraisal, new home sales and re-sale markets. A Monmouth County resident for over 45 years, I recently moved to Ocean County and bring with me an extensive network of connections I've made in the industry. Seller reviewIt's all about the realtor, not necessarily the agency. Louise was most professional in every way possible. Many years ago I had a home for sale, with a different agency. They didn't do anything for me; no open house- nothing! After the 6 month listing was up, the agent wanted my wife and I to relist, to which we said no. She left our home stating "well you're never going to sell, you're $20,000 too high". Three weeks later, with one newspaper add, we sold on our own for our full asking price; the same asking price as with the agency. This is what I'm talking about; the agent/realtor means everything! Our realtor, Louise Giovinazzo, was excellent and I would highly recommend her.
