She coordinated with the Title Company so that there was a smooth transition to the new owners. She held several open houses to accommodate our desire to sell quickly. She made an initial assessment of my property and made excellent suggestions in staging the house for a better appearance. I appreciate her enthusiasm and friendliness. I highly recommend Laurie for an excellent real estate experience.

Buyer reviewSince my husband and I were buying our first house, we needed help throughout the whole process. We were nervous and wanted to make sure we made the right decisions. Laurie was available for all our needs, big or small. There were days I called and texted her multiple times and she met those with patience and a willingness to help every time. She eduacated us in each decision, simply explained real estate terminology, gave us expert advice, but in the end always let us make our own decisions that fit our current needs. Laurie was assertive when it came to negotiations and communication with the seller which, in the end, got us the price and repairs we wanted. Laurie and the Century 21 staffs' professionalism and absolute loyalty to those represent is the reason we had a quick and painless escrow, got a great deal, are now living in our dream home...all in time for Christmas 2018!!
