Buyer reviewJhon Pelayo is thoughtful, courteous, easygoing and professional. He took the time to understand my needs and what I was looking for in a home. We "struck out" a few times but he didn't loose sight of what my "must haves" were. He made sure I wasn't settling for anything that I didn't want and was optimistic about finding the "perfect one" no matter how long it took. He was very patient with me and he made my house buying process very enjoyable.

This was my first experience purchasing a home, however, Jhon made it a smooth process by communicating effectively and in a timely manner. There were bumps in the road but we made it through by the grace of God. Jhon was able to find the right place for me and he kept up with all the deadlines and followed up quickly. I would recommend him to friends and family who are in the market for buying a home because of his level of professionalism and courtesy.
