Fran was accessible any time I had a question, and always followed up with me when she had not heard from me. Even when I had concerns, she responded quickly and thoroughly. Fran had been incredibly supportive of my needs and questions in her role as the property manager in the home I was renting. She assured me that she would be equally helpful during the process to purchase the home, and she was! Fran is AMAZING! So thankful for her help.
