Buyer reviewIf you want to hire a Realtor who is proactive, aggressive in negotiations, and always looking out for your best interest, Diana Cortes is your gal. When I first spoke to Diana, I had already been turned down twice in my prequalification stage. Diana really listened to my needs and connected me with the right people. Although Diana was no longer living in my area, she was on the phone daily, making sure my loan was in place and negotiating to get me the deal I wanted on the model of home I have wanted for the past 15 yrs. Diana was able help get me prequalified, to set the showing of the home for me, order the necessary inspections (and guide me away from a property that she found was involved in a criminal case and had hidden signs of mold!), negotiate the price I wanted to pay, and get the repairs I needed, all via the phone! She did, however, come in person to inspect the home herself a couple of times. I am very happy to have hired Diana to represent me in the purchase of my home and I recommend others to do the same.

She was always available to us, she would work around my family's availability, even if it meant meeting at 9pm, she would do it.
