Seller reviewWhen I approached Dennis to help sell my condo, I expected the listing to stay on the market for a few weeks and to sell below the asking price. Dennis helped me see the value proposition and connected me with buyers that were looking for exactly what I was selling. I had three offers in hand before the property even went on the MLS and, thanks to Dennis's advice, we closed quickly and well over asking price. Even better, he made the whole process as smooth as possible, even though I live out of the area. I would not do business in the Chico area with any other agent.
