Residential and commercial properties in Center City and the surrounding communities of Philadelphia are my areas of expertise. For over 8 years I have helped both buyers and sellers make educated real estate decisions. I received my real estate degree from Temple University. Over the years I worked hard to develop a deep market knowledge of Philadelphia, and I believe this makes me a prestigious asset of Century 21 Advantage Gold, the largest Century 21 in Pennsylvania. I have created a large network of clients and befriended community residents through my services in the real estate and food industries. Buyer reviewDave was such a pleasure to work with. He was incredibly knowledgeable, thorough and dependable throughout a process that can be very daunting for first-time buyers. He walked us through each and every step of the process and took the time to make sure we understood what was needed of us and the necessary next steps. Even post-closing, he has been such a help as it pertains to additional questions and requests we have had. It always felt like he had our back throughout the process. His knowledge of both the industry and neighborhoods we were looking in was a huge plus also. Can't say enough great things about Dave - highly recommend!

He went out of his way to accomodate our schedule for a visit--and was so incredibly helpful with all the things we needed done to close on the apartment. He provided us with excellent recommendations for a painter and plumber. When we were there for the closing and the condominium building didn't submit everything they needed to submit Dave worked overtime to make certain the mortgage company got what it needed. And, Dave gave us a whole list of restaurant recommendations that we can't wait to explore when we're in Philadelphia!
