Buyer reviewDave Johnson was absolutely phenomenal in helping us find our forever home. He is hardworking, knowledgeable, & honest. He went above and beyond for us as his clients- this is the third home we have purchased but the first with Dave and we have never had a better experience. He spent so much time searching for a home that met all of our needs and spent hours upon hours meeting us for showings. If we ever had a question and he was unsure of the answer, he would find out and get it for us asap. We also all learned a lot about the renovation loan process so Dave is now well versed in that topic as it is likely not something many realtors deal with on the daily. Bottom line- we will reach out to Dave only for all of our future purchases and can't wait to work with him again in finding us a rental property. Thank you Dave!!

Buyer reviewDave was excellent! He quickly answer my questions and if he didn't have an answer he would find it right away. He was amazing at helping us understand the market, negotiate and gave us several options. We was knowledgeable and worked around our schedule. He went above and beyond by checking on us after our purchase to make sure everything was ok and he made himself available if needed, even after the purchase. I have dealt with several realtors and Dave has been the best by far.

He had everything organized and follow up was great. Absolutely wonderful experience. Dave was organized, had a keen eye for detail, and follow up was quick and precise. He truly made the process extremely easy for me. We needed to put a little work into our home before it hit the market. Dave was able to line up the trades needed, kept them on a timeline, and followed up often. Well worth it! Once it hit the market, we were under contract in a few days!
