Though born here in Florida, Courtney was raised in California. True to her roots, she returned to the REAL sunshine state as soon as she was able. For the last twenty years, Courtney has resided in Lake County, raising her family as well as teaching in Lake County Schools. After beginning her teaching career, Courtney realized she had even more to offer. Her attention to detail, organization, and ability to multitask under pressure all gained from teaching make her an ideal candidate for helping real estate clients! She truly enjoys helping a home buyer realize their dream of a first home, or helping a family sell and find a new home that better fits their needs.

Courtney's genuine care for her families, both in the classroom and out, is what sets her aside from others. She considers finding the perfect home for a family one of the most rewarding accomplishments and takes pride in what she does.

When not working, Courtney loves spending time near the water, whether it's the beach, pool, or paddling down a local Spring or River. She also loves spending time with her family and her three Labrador retrievers.
