Cody responded with factual information to each of our questions and then gave us his suggested course of action. From our first meeting in his office he impressed us (within about two or three hours of meetings him) with several pages of sales and listing information for Lake of the Pines, highlighting those comparable to our house. It was an impressive presentation put together very rapidly and accurately. He kept us informed constantly throughout the entire process. What can we say - he did a great job for us!!! Again I am led to believe that there are no coincidences. After the early death of my husband, the early end of a career primarily in Commercial Real Estate Lending due to health problems and a few years of stumbling around trying to determine next steps, I started considering a prior dream my husband and I had of moving to the Grass Valley/Nevada City Area. But could I do it alone? As I had decided to let my son and his wife take over my Carmichael, CA, home for the debt owed, I had limited funds with which to start over. A mobile home started to make some since. I began slowly to research parks and use Zillow and found a fixer that I felt I must see. Somehow, although he was not the listing agent, Cody Gosalves' contact information came up on my screen (no coincidences). I texted him and received an almost immediate reply - which was to be my continued experience with Cody throughout our search. Upon meeting Cody, I was instantly impressed with his professional, yet comfortable, demeanor. Needless to say, the fixer was way more of a project than I can imagine anyone would want to take on. Although Cody had not specialized in Mobile Homes and my price range (therefore commission) was way less than that to which I am sure he is accustomed, Cody treated me as if I was his only client (which I knew I was not) purchasing a million dollar estate. He quickly provided me with extensive data on recent sales so that I was able to better determine a price point. And, yes, Cody found me the perfect home that I could afford in my target park, very little fixing required! Cody then guided me through the entire transaction and stayed in touch even after closing to make sure I got settled. I cannot emphasize enough the trust I was able to place in Cody. This was very important to me because, although I had been a business woman, I was now taking a huge personal step. I knew that at all times he had my best interest in mind. He was thorough in his explanations, went out of his way to make himself available on my schedule, and was an excellent communicator. As an added bonus, Cody was born and raised in the Grass Valley/Nevada City area and has been able to recommend services. Cody Gosalvez was so nice to me. I had not purchased home in over 10 years, a totally different experience. Cody made some difficult situations during the process, easy. Cody was so patient with me, and I was one who had so many questions, and Cody had to repeat things so many times until I understood.
