Working with Ava Lajoie was a joy to work with. She responded to our needs immediately and always with a smile and joy in her voice. She was always pleasant to work with during this process. Always seemed to respond immediately to our call or texts. Ava made us feel welcomed with all means of communication. She was always on top of any issues regarding the sale of our home. She worked some long hours keeping up with our needs. Ava always kept us up to date with any concerns the buyer had and was very helpful in answering our questions no matter how many times we asked her to explain something to us that we couldn't understand. Always happy to re-explain things to us. Ava never got upset when would ask the same question because we couldn't understand something in the contract. Very detail oriented to our needs and questions. Ava was a life saver to us in the sale of the property. We highly, highly recomend Ava to anyone wanting to sell their house. Couldn't ask for anyone better. :) :)
