Seller reviewWe needed to sell FAST. Andrea Drake knew our situation and was able to go faster than any other agent/broker. I don't think there was any other agent that was able to do what she did with the time constraint we had. We also needed to hit a certain number in order to avoid out of pocket expenses in selling our current home and buying our new home. We had some issues with the appraisals coming back a lot lower for both the house we were selling and buying. Andrea was a master negotiator in order to make all parties satisfied with the final numbers. Best agent we have worked with. We will recommend her to all our family and friends and use her again.
