She made the entire process easy and helped close out the process in under 30 days! Will reiterate this point again. Time of identifying the home, securing the bid and entering into the contract, inspection/appraisal, repairs completed (Amanda setup both the appraisal and the repairs/contractor and worked with the Title Company) to Closing and handing us our keys to our new home, all within 30 days. That was amazing!
