He gives a friendly approach to guiding the seller into understanding what his ideas are, and how he can be trusted to have the client's best interest in mind at all times! With that as "our" plan, the seller can stand back and allow Steven to do what he does best! A very comfortable working relationship follows! He's an excellent partner in such an important transaction! I give him a "10"!
