Buyer reviewJaci is the best realtor I have dealt with. She is extremely detail orinented and organized. She really goes above and beyond to hold the other parties accountable and makes sure they follow through on their promises. She is also a master negotiator! I could not have been happier with how she was able to get a great price for the home I wanted to purchase. She saved me a good amount of money because she has the skills and tools to work with the other parties. She was also very helpful in helping me understand how the process works. Buying or selling a home is a huge deal and can be very scary. It is a whole lot better to have Jaci on your side because she helped eliminate all the worry and uncertainty and I knew she was looking out for my best interests. She is now my realtor for life!

Jaci was wonderful to work with, and everything I would have wanted in an agent had I been at all knowledgeable about how the homebuying process worked. She is easy going, understanding, supportive, knowledgeable, informative, and detail oriented. She kept me informed, updated, educated, encouraged, and assured throughout what became a very difficult personal journey for me. Jaci operated above my expectations, going above and beyond to see that I was informed, prepared for, and satisfied at each step along the Along the way, ahead of and after its occurrance. She was polite, patient, thorough, and understanding of my questions and concerns. Always available no matter the time. A blessing when I needed one. I can't say enough about how perfect she was as my agent, she was so intune to my needs

We had time constraints that she handled very well and voluntarily helped us with our due diligence by contacting some governmental agencies for us on her own. She was very knowledgeable about the market price for the property we purchased and that alone saved us the cost of her commission. I will highly recommend Jaci to my family and friends.
