We sold a custom home in a small community and wanted to get a true 'neighborhood' feel with good amenities close by. We were introduced to Don through a mutual acquaintance who highly recommended him...now we know why. We met Don and his knowledge of the area became evident quickly. He listened to us, took the time to get to know us, and focused on our needs/wants when it came to finding a new home. He learned from us and we learned from him about San Marcos/Wimberley and the surrounding areas. He knew us well enough that we didn't waste time and he found us the perfect answer. He earned our 'Trust' and has become a 'friend'! We would not hesitate to recommend Don to anyone with real estate needs!

As the sellers, he diligently protected our interests and concerns. Don certainly went above and beyond on our behalf in regard to any challenge that arose. Clear and frequent communications are definite strengths, as well as always being available or responding as soon as possible to texts, emails, and phone calls. Having grown up and lived in central Texas gives Don extensive knowledge of the land and its people that one can't learn in a real estate class. I would highly recommend Don Montague!
