Buyer reviewI simply contacted Andrew Angerer to view one of his listings and while not interested after the viewing, he was very interested in assisting me. I had never met him before but he was so kind and made me feel that he was trustworthy. I gave him my contact info and told him what I was looking for and how important location was to me. He then began daily to send me listings. I recieved a listing from him that I was interested in viewing and he immediately set it up. This listing had only been on the market a few hours. My husband and I viewed the listing and wasted no time placing an offer. The offer was accepted. The following day Andrew had already set up the home and termite inspection. He was very professional and I felt he was genuine in his approach to assist us. He immediately answered when I phoned him and he always handled anything I needed quickly and effeciently. I will definitely recommend Andrew Angerer to my family and friends. He was a pleasure to work with.

He was always reachable and helped with getting things fixed and ready for the sale of the house. His advice was right on target! Very good work ethnic. He got things done quickly and efficiently.
