Seller reviewKemai was the consummate professional! Everything she explained that I needed to consider were major components in the negotiation process. She is a bulwark against the pitfalls one may encounter when selling a home by owner. Whenever I called, she answered or called me back in a timely manner. She kept me posted on the areas of my concern and although we had to put the home back on the market due to buyer default issues, she made me feel confident that this house would sell at or above my bottom line price. She was right and my net profit was better than expected considering expenses she helped me to avoid incurring. She is an all around great agent and I highly recommend her to sell your home. Kemai did a brief tutorial with me before we entered the listing contract and explained all details of the contract so when the time came to review the offer I was well versed in the contractual language and the review of the offers went very smoothly. She was patient and not pushy, but made me aware of areas of concern on the offers.
