Meagan Keib worked to sell my home within Fulton. She was compassionate, understanding, extremely hardworking, diligent to address questions or concerns, and ultimately swiftly effective to provide solid results that helped in the selling of that home in a very timely manner. I don't think I could have had a better broker in those circumstances. All of Meagan's previously mentioned traits regarding the selling of my Fulton home was seen throughout the home purchase. Meagan customized the search to meet my specific needs for home within specific school districts & she additional had a parallel search open for lands being sold within those school districts to mirror my interest and thoughts about possibly building instead of purchasing a previously owned residence. Meagan swiftly worked up all necessary paperwork and the electronic nature of the signing of the documents helped to make the process swift and convenient. Meagan appeared quite knowledgeable about a number of the districts I was interested in and if she didn't outright know the answer, she researched the matter and provided the answer in a very timely manner. I couldn't saying to adequately express Meagan's attention to detail items that I was privy to. She was quite efficient in her role as a broker. Meagan put in the extra effort to rush to the Liverpool office to retrieve my initial deposit check on a Sunday to help ensure our ability to compete in bidding for a home. Meagan was always timely for the open houses that she scheduled for us. She was a great asset to have while in the open houses and help me to better look at various aspects of the homes and listened very well to my opinion that was shared after we left those visits. Meagan went above and beyond what I expected to help validate that my offer for my new home was right on the mark for the market value and provided multiple homes to compare to, for the review process. She helped to make that happen and I couldn't be happier. This may sit in the category of professional but Meagan Keib's effort and drive to work extremely hard to get results for a client whether that's an answer to a question, or something greater. She seemed to work very diligently to exceed my expectations. If I need more help within this market, and you have Ms. Keib on your team, you are sure to have my business. The sale of my Father's home was extremely difficult. Meagan was empathetic and understood how hard this choice was. She was always there for us when we had questions and made the sale much less stressful. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking on selling or buying. She is beyond professional and her cheerful smile and personality was very welcoming. Our family will be forever grateful for all she did in selling our childhood home. ?
