Seller reviewPatricia Helmer was highly recommended by a friend of ours. We saw how quickly their house sold and the price it sold for. She gave us great and honest feedback as we walked our house as to how best to show t. When we discussed price, she suggested a price that was higher than we expected. We were concerned about the house being on the market too long because we were relocating to Alaska very quickly. So, we decided to price it under what she suggested. Well, we should have listened to the expert because the house sold over our asking price for exactly what she suggested us to price it at and it sold in one day! My wife and I would highly recommend her and Century 21.
