I've completed multiple courses in management, marketing and negotiations of residential and commercial real estate. In 2019 I closed over 8.5 million dollars and handled over 10 million dollars in real estate transactions.

In my case she even helped do the attorney's paperwork, that's how good she was. Always working even on weekends, picks up the phone when you call or text (very important). Seller reviewMy mother passed away and I decided to sell the house. Friends and family were suggesting doing it on my own (without a realtor). As a generally DIY person I was leaning towards that but I was living out of state and didn't really feel like doing a ton of research. I just wanted someone with experience to guide me through the process. I completed a form on a website to find a realtor and Dina was the first to call me...I think it was within minutes later on in the evening. So from that moment I knew she had initiative.
