Had lots of patients with us knowing we were going to be new homeowners for the first time. Seller reviewHe went above and beyond, I was able to sale and close on a Condo withing 4-8 weeks and the same date, making it easier and expense free comparing to having to sale and move to a hotel and then looking for a place to close on! The day I sold, I closed on a good property and was able to move withing that same weekend, since the new owners did not wanted to work with me on the sale! Jose by far went above and beyond his expectations, patience and duty to make sure I was satisfied with the sale and the buying of my new house! I would highly recommend him to other clients!
