Gail knew the area where my house was and knew the recent sales of property and values. She came up with a price that we were hoping for and we happy with. It is important to us our broker understand our needs and give us their honest feedback/insight on the various properties. We wanted someone we felt was a partner in the process and truly was vested in helping us find the best piece of property. Gail was great to work with and we felt she truly had our best interest at hand. We had been looking for several years working with her to visit various properties and she always made herself available taking the time to explore giving her insight if this would be the best for us or not.
