Buyer reviewMichael is an excellent real estate agent; he took personal interest in our home search and was honest and upfront about how the Knoxville housing market works. He neither wasted our time nor let us waste our time. He listened to our housing concerns and presented us with excellent options. He helped us negotiate for the house we purchased and was an excellent resource. He was availible to show us houses and was honest and blunt about the condition of the houses we viewed. He helped us to look at the positive and negative aspects of every house. He was instrumental in our successful offer, and we will most definitely use him again if we move. We recommend him to anyone looking for a house.

We enjoyed working with Michael and probably one of the best experiences we've had working with a realtor. Michale was detailed, easy to reach and did a great job explaining each detail of the process to us. We also have a Special Needs Son and Michael interacted very well with him which made us relax because it can be stressful thinking, he could be a bother to someone but Michael bever made us feel that way at all. I would recommend Michael to anyone looking to sell or make a home purchase. He was a pleasure to work with.
